Default High RPM squeal fan belt area

Hi just wondering if anyone has an idea of what might be causing the squeal at high rpm. the noise doesnt occur at low rpm or start-up. just recently had new belts put on and had the noise before and after the belt change. did the harmonic balancer test by drawing the line across the gear tooth and the pulley. they all lined up except the belt connecting to the air conditioning unit.

Was thinking it will either be my ac compressor or the harmonic balancer. Anyone got any ideas?

Retighten, test again. Belts have to be retightened after first few drives. Hard to figure since only higher speeds. Could be any ancillary device or idler pulley bearing. Make sure belts fit pulleys properly.
