Default HVAC blows cold air from the floor vents.

After replacing my radiator I've noticed that though I am getting hot air from the dash vents and defrost I am getting cold air from the floor vents.

I have tried cycling all the controls and everything appears to be working. Ive looked at a component diagram from Mitchell thinking there is a stuck blend door motor of some kind but I am not seeing anything as to how it could blow hot through the upper and cold through the floor.

I have searched for this issue but haven't found anything significant.

Thoughts?

Jeh:
Sticky blend flaps seem to be a common fault. Same thing happened on my '94 going into the fall last year, and after some research I decided to start with basics. I undid the passenger knee bolster to gain access to the HVAC box and hit it hard a few times with the butt of a screwdriver. Blend flaps let go and now everything works perfectly! I'd try that first.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I was too busy trying to fix the door handle to feel like tearing into it more.
