Imperial tyre size
Hi all.
This may be a really stupid question but, what is the correct imperial tyre size for a 16" rim. I am sure the past owner changed from metric to imerpial and he has left me with a spare that has never been used. The problem is it is a different size to the ones on the road.
When I replace the tyre what size should I be looking for?
Cheers

What 16" wheels do you have? Both of my XJ40s are on factory 15".
The 60's with the higher sidewall will give you a slightly softer ride, and will fill the wheel arches better.
For info, my XJ40s 225/65/15 Teardrop wheels.

Thanks a lot for the information.
The previous owner has changed from the original 15" standard mags to 16" rims and hub caps.
Depending on my wallet I wanted to go back to the rims but I think I will have to put another set of 16"tyres on before I get the mages.
