I have everything off and ready to remove the strut but don't have the correct size star socket to get the bolt off. Does anyone know the size? T ? Please advise ASAP. Thank you in advance.

 

I'm pretty sure it's a T55, was on the S-Type anyhow...

No it's a T60 on the X350, just checked

 

Thank you I got it. It was the T-60

 

When I edited that post I had actually gone out to the car in the garage and tried both T55 & T60 bits, it's a T60, the T55 is loose in the bolt head, T60 is a perfect fit.

T55 might work, but the proper fit is a T60, on my XJR anyhow...

 

Mine was made by Lisle and I bought it at an Autozone store in Florida I think.They are available on amazon and other websites.
