Instrument panel/tail lights not working

Instrument panel/tail lights not working
Okay, I know this has been partially addressed in another tread, but not entirely.
I recently had a problem getting my 1990 Sovereign (manufactured late '89) to start. After checking out a myriad of relays and other possibilities I found the problem was water in the fuel tank. So I got everything put back together and now the instrument panel lights and tail lights do not work. I have brake, directional indicators, and reverse lights. The headlights work fine. None of the instrument panel lights up. This is not an intermittent thing as some people have experienced. It's all the time.
I have removed the dash scuttle and tried swapping out the relay modules one by one, including the black relay on yellow base. No luck at all. Does anyone have any idea what I should try to get either the instrument panel or tail lights working? It has a habit of getting dark every night around my neighborhood and I would like to drive in it. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem Found
Mickvic, Don B gave me a wiring diagram.

By those diagrams I found that the only common switch shared by all tail, marker, and dash lights was the master lighting switch on the steering column. I disassembled the switch and found a heavily corroded circuit board inside. Wiggling this board causes the lights to flash on and off so there is an obvious bad connection. I took the board out and cleaned it but could not further isolate the problem or stabilize the connection. I have ordered parts to replace the master lighting switch and board. When I get them I will confirm.
Thanks, IroqRT

1990 Sovereign Wiring Diagram
I re-attached the wiring diagram here for download.
I have also included pictures of the parts I replaced to repair my lights. There are a couple of circuit boards behind the master light switch that were faulty.
These parts are currently available on ebay for $150 or less. The parts are a little hard to locate because no one seems to know what to call them - but they are there..
