MY instrument lights kept on going off over the past couple of weeks and then after a couple of minutes then came on, but yesterday they went off and have not come back on. My speedo is not working and none of my instrument lights are working including oil gage, how much petrol i have etc, the only thing that is working on my 1989 -90 x40 is the rpm can anyone please give me some advice on what i need to do. I have checked the fuse and it is working fine

 

Try the aux fuse in the right fuse box that was my problem,someone put the fuse in to far to the left. It was shorting out on the middle metal or something and causing this. I had to take the fuse box out and clean it up with can air. and put new fuses in.
