Hello,
Just wondering if anyone is able to tell me what these cables are for. They are hiding behind the left hand side boot/trunk lining in my 1990 XJ40. I suspect they maybe for a boot/trunk mounted CD player.

I couldn't get your photo to open so I can't help with the wire ID. Hopefully others will have better luck. Is your car right-hand-drive, and if so, is the spare tire mounted on the right side of your boot/trunk?
