You'll get it. First thing is patience, I know this is the instant communication era but here on the forum it takes a little time. I get anxious as well. The forum has helped me to slow down. When you get suggestions, try and follow them. First use the search feature here and use key words that describe your issue, you can just about bet that someone else has gone through the same thing you are. Also you need a haynes manual for that car so that you can see where all the relays are. Your issue is electrical and can be fixed just know that. Keep on Keeping on!

I'm pretty much stabbing in the dark, and really just giving you guys a little moral support.
Have you tried moving the small switch in the middle of the driver's master door window switch block.
It is tiny, but it serves to isolate and prevent other windows from being operated from their individual door switches. At least on my 92 it does.
Also, when you lock the driver's door with the black master key, try holding the key in the locked position for a few seconds. If a window was open (I know they are not) this action would close the windows. Dunno, might help reset something.
Did you mend the broken wire? because the lock module seems to also action the window closing.
Hopefully someone with a bit more savy can chime in.
