My windows will only work from the main driver side switch assembly. Any suggestions?? Fuses are good. Additionally, the back driver side window will not go up or down, but I do here a click when moving my switch to go up. Obviously since it is already up, it won't move, but seems that it would work if it was down.

Also, the small black lever at the bottom of the switch panel.. is this some sort of a lock out feature??? I switch that back and forth and has no effect on the windows.
