Some colors of the rear sunblinds are still listed as available by the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust:

Sunblind-Rear - Parts For XJ6 & XJ12 from (V)667829 to (V)708757 | Jaguar Heritage Parts UK

If you find part numbers at that website, you can then check availablility at jaguarmerriamparts.com, the Jaguar dealer in Merriam, Kansas that sells Jag OE parts online at discount prices.

I have also seen New Old Stock (NOS) sunblind kits listed for sale on eBay from time to time, and if you find a seller who is parting out a '93 or '94, you might send them a message to ask if they have the sunblinds in good condition.
