Default Replacing the front to rear seat adjustment motor

Hi folks,
With help from Bryan N I was able to get the wiring straightened out on my XJ40 front seats. However, on the driver's seat (LH) the motor operating the screw drives to move the seat forward or rearward is not functioning. The good news is that I have a spare seat frame with spare motors.

Clearly it is important that the tracking of the motor on the screws remains perfectly parallel. Rather than just diving in and ripping things apart I wonder if anyone can give me instruction on how to disassemble and install this motor?

This is a photo showing the location of the motor in the seat frame. Any help would be appreciated.

Lin
