Just a shot in the dark, have you been driving it daily,or has it been sitting for a while (we had that big storm last weekend of august). If it has been sitting sence the storm with the wind the exhausts might have gotten a bit of water in them, then with the heat you get steam.

i drive it about every few days, but mostly just short trips(about 7 miles)to town....it stays in the garage when not driving....but am wondering too about water and moisture buildup in exhaust from when it sat out from feb-aug....not running....temp gauge never goes above normal(center of gauge),radiator full and oil is fine...im just gonna keep driving it and see what happens.

Just keep an eye on the water level. But I think its condensation in the exhaust system.

I have a similar problem with my 89 Soveriegn. I only notice it when I have been cruising at 90Kph or more slow down and them accelerate agin. If I ease of the accelerator then go again it doesn't smoke.
No coolant smell, good water and oil levels. The oil pressure is fine too.
