Default Windshield Washer Reservoir Replacement

Hello everyone.

1992 XJ6 Vanden Plas Need help accessing the windshield washer reservoir to change hose. From underneath, there is a plastic flap (tray) that I think needs to be removed, but the bolts (see pics) seem to just turn in place and I haven't been able to remove them. Any tips/suggestions? Thanks.

Those are actually screws. You need a pozi head "phillips."
There is a rubber bushing on the back side, try taking one off from the bottom first.
Use a pair of pliers to pull out the screw once you loosen it. After you see one you will understand how to take the rest out.

After additional research, the suggested way to get to the washer reservoir is to remove the right front tire, then remove the fender guard (working inside the wheel well,) followed by removing the brake cooling duct.
