Default Wishbone Dimensions please

Hi,
I would dearly love it if someone could provide me with the dimensions from their car or service manual for the rear wishbones.
I have a manual for an xj6 that has the proper dimensions in it, im hoping an xj40 manual does too!
I'm checking the interchangability of rear hubs for an outboard brake conversion on ym series 1 xj6.
cheers
Glenn

Hi Glenn,

In case anyone has the time to measure their car or research their service documentation, do you only need the two dimensions labeled with question marks, or do you also need the diameter of the fulcrum bolts/mounting holes? Diameter and spline count of the axle? What other dimensions would you need?

Cheers,

Don

A facelift XJ-S will come closer to what you want. The XJ40, X300, X308, X100 is radically different.

Thanks Don,
I was mostly after those dimensions. I wont need spline count as i'll be getting a new driveshaft made anyway.

Thank you, i have heard the XJS swap is good in a few places but someone suggested the xj40 might also work, its easier and cheaper to get xj40 parts so i thought i would give it a shot.
Could you elaborate on how they are different? I did a google images search and they seem fairly comparable (superficially at least). Thanks to David at everday xj i know they are also the same width so would fit in the wishbone of my xj6.
