On eBay there are often sellers parting out wrecked XJ40s who offer partial or complete wood sets. Occasionally a seller will offer a New Old Stock (NOS) wood set. There are also firms that will refinish Jaguar wood trim, some of whom list refinished sets on eBay.

Not sure if it's good for the 93 VDP, but you can check out this aftermarket wood dash kit for 1993 XJ6. It's available in various colors and attaches with 3M tape.
