Would anyone know why...
My 91 xj6 occasionally backfires (intake) and will lose power. The check engine light is not on. I can push on the accelerator and it will start to bog down. When this happens, I will turn the engine off for a few seconds,, then re-start and it runs fine. Very puzzling.....
