I am installing a trans in a car that I bought without a transmission.
Everything is in, but my problem is that the transmission is sitting too high.
In doing some research it looks like I am missing the top part of the lower spring mount. It looks like the parts missing are the top ring that bolts to the xmember with three bolts , a bushing, I believe a rubber snubber and a cup. I wish I knew how to post a pic here, it would show everything.
If anyone can be of help with the parts needed it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Are you able to give the year model of your xj6? It will help you get some replies.

 

Lol, I just removed that lot from my trans.
But all I can do it take a pic of the parts.
Not sure that will be much help.

 

I guess the year and trans info would help.
Does anyone has an idea where I can get a trans mount?
I have an illustration of what I need,but I don't know how to post it here.
