1974 XJ12L bumper replacement

I would like to replace the big ugly American bumpers with the European bumpers.
can this be done easily?
where can I source a set?

you will need to remove rams and get series II euro spec hood hinges and bumper mounts or adapt series 1 units. I have an ongoing thread on this for my xjc project
