The first pic seems to be a sticker likely referring to oil recommendations and requirements.


the second thing looks like a serial port connector. Is that in your trunk (boot)?


im only guessing here but I suspect it may be for a remote multi cd unit.

Yes it's in the trunk. I'm also trying to find a key for the 1984 X6 that I have. I had a locksmith come out and he said he can't make a key that I would probably have to put an entire ignition in. Now I'm searching for an entire ignition and not quite sure where to look, any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

First picture is the air filter housing with the recommended brands of oils etc. The last is a plug for either a CD changer or a old school cell phone, I've found both in parts cars before.
I'll be replying about the keys in your other thread.

I found locking gas caps with keys on ebay. You might give a look there for ignition switch with key.
