So here's my issue. When the car is parked the headlights wont turn off. Now im pretty sure its just the running lights, beceause the lights arent as bright as when the headlights are in the on position while the car is running. When the car is running i can turn the headlights all the way off and theres no issue. The problem is when i stop the car (lights off) the dim lights come on and wont turn off. Any advice or trouble shooting is greatly appreciated.

I think you may be in the wrong area. 1995 would be a x300 maybe?
