Hello dear friends, I have detected a rich running smell from my 4.2 injection for some time. Is there a mixture adjustment that might be able to be tweaked, or is it best to take it to an expert tuning centre?

There IS an adjustment on the Air Flow Meter to tweak the idle mixture. Might be worth a try but it's a very fine adjustment. If you're actually seeing or smelling signs of the mixture being too rich then this adjustment might not have enough range to compensate.

I suspect you have an actual, correctable fault and not an adjustment problem
