Many of you have been fallowing my progress with get my 79 XJ12 running after it had been sitting in a barn in Salinas CA for 15 years. Well I'm happy to report that it is running, passed smog in CA and fully insured and registered. Passing smog was a neat little trick, In CA the car must have the timming at -4 but the rest of the country it is 10 TDC. So the first time the guy failed me. I had to take it home and retared the timming, but after that it passed with flying colors. I still have many other issues to deal with (like the heater is stuck on) but I will get to all of that soon. But it runs and and looks great I will post some pics soon.

I sure don't plan on using it as a commuter car!
