Default All British Car Weekend!

I'm getting everything shined up for a great weekend of British cars. Saturday is a nice mountain drive with the Idaho British Car Club. Sunday is the Southwest Idaho All British Field Meet.

Should be lots of fun. I'll get some pics.

If you are in the neighborhood, it isn't too late to get signed up!

Boy Howdy that sounds like fun!
Unfortunately, we shot our wad over at the Redwoods last month.
Y'all have a great time!

I just spent a day getting ready for All British Day and now it has been postponed due to rain.

It was more the point that the School did not want up to
600 cars driving on their wet sports grounds. Taking my car out in the rain is the least of my worries.

No Rain. Partly Cloudy, hi in the 80's. It was great. We had about 20 cars on the drive up to the mountains (Crouch, ID). We started in Boise, up to Crouch for lunch and then back home to Nampa.

Sunday's show was lots of fun. We had 74 cars. Lots of different marques. However, I was disappointed that there were only 2 of us with XJ6s. The other one was a very nice '86 ( yes, LnrB, it was black) .

Here's a pic of me with an old girlfriend by the Jag. As you can see, we were kind of overshadowed by some really nice cars around us.

That looks like a Great road for a well sorted Jaguar, Derek! What fun that must have been!

If we had 20 cars turn out for an event we would be in Shock! Typically 6 is a Really good turnout, and some of those may be Brand X.

Doncha just Luv it when the weather cooperates?!

Huh, BritishV8 usually gets a few Jags every meet. Usually there's at least 2-3 E-types. Overall, there's usually 70+ cars. I like taking my XJ6, because it's double the size of everything else, especially the MGBs.
