Default American Sun Roof owners

I have a scanned copy of the VERY RARE American Sun Roof Parts and Installation manual.

This information is for sun roofs "dealer installed" in the 1970's-1990's. ASR is out of business now but most of the replacement parts/seals are still available.

I would be happy to send a copy of the manual by email along with the USA Parts source for these hard to find parts.

This manual is for sun roofs with either a glass or sliding metal panel.

Email me at mabryroger@hotmail.com for the manual and the USA parts source.

Default Figured out the metal sliding panel and lower piece

On my car, the sliding piece is all metal and I do not have glass at all.

The sliding piece is two pieces, top piece all metal and bottom piece is
upholstered with metal on edges held on with "Rube Goldberg" type front
clips.

Removing the bottom piece is "fun" and I have photos now and will
document the removal process.

There are three seals, a rear one on the metal panel, another one
that covers (3) three sides of the metal panel and a flat rubber one
on the panel in the rear that directs water to the rear drains.

Email me if you need photos and more information about the American
Sun Roofs!
