Default Amusing and informative article on how Jaguar names their cars

With the recent posts about questions on what kind of cars some owners have, I thought this article on how Jaguar names their cars is timely. The current issue of JagMag, the Jaguar Drivers & Restorers of Northwest America monthly magazine, has a reproduction of a very well-written, funny, and informative article on why our cars carry the names they do. The author’s name is Stick Holmes and he originally wrote it in 2009 for the San Diego club’s magazine, Jaguar Tracks. I learned a lot and chuckled during the entire read.

It takes a moment to load and is on page 9. Enjoy!

What a great club magazine! The article you mentioned was great, I kept nodding my head all the way through. The other articles were interesting and well done. Thanks for sharing.

P.S. really cool the way the pages turn over. How'd they do that??

I’m glad you liked it! I thought it was so funny and informative at the same time.

We do have ave a good club and they do a great job with the magazine. I don’t know how those pages turn and I agree, pretty cool.

Page turning is coded as a form of animation, Jeff.
Same way MS does the Rotating Marquee as a screen saver.
