Another X300 Key FOB thread
Sorry for posting this - I know it has been covered in many many threads before.
I am the proud owner of a Jaguar XJ6 1995 4.0 Sport manual. The rear windscreen has the "thread configuration" from the 433Mhz locking system but as it is a 1995 it should be 315Mhz? VIN is SAJJPALD8BJ745838
There is no battery cover on my old FOB indicating frequency.
I need to buy a new FOB and they are expensive so I would like to get it right.
Could I perhaps use one of these 250-450MHZ RF Remote Control Wireless Frequency Meter Counter Detector Cymometer - US$12.89 to read out the frequency?
