There is a 1971 xj6 series 1 at an auto yard I've been looking into. They have sent several photos, but they only show so much. The interior is a mess, but everything seems to be there. The engine is a v8 conversion and I'm fine with that. My concern is rust. Where the exterior paint is scratched I see some rust, but I can't see the floor pans, floor of trunk etc.

Anyone live in the general area that can put a set of independent eyes on the subject and give me objective feedback. I can deal with a lot, but a rusted out mess I don't want.
