Anyone using REDTEK in AC?

Redtek 12a is basically propane so if you're ok driving with a BBQ tank on your grill this stuff is for you. I wouldn't do it and getting R134 to work well enough isnt that hard.
You basically have to do 2 things, adjust you expansion valve and add a pusher fan in front of the condenser that runs when the compressor is on. You dont "have" to adjust the expansion valve but it would help.
If you want to get fancy wire the fan to a standard R134a pressure sensor or add a thermostic switch in the condensor so that when the condensor get hot the fan comes on.

Follow-up on REDTEK 12a AC Recharge
So for info, bought the RedTek kit at our local Canadian Tire Auto Parts store and recharged IAW directions on the box. AC temperature high was 17 deg Celius before recharge, now 3 deg Celius, 38 PSI indicated on gauge from kit. Adapter in kit to convert low side port from R12 to R12a RedTek fit well and used some thread tape just to be sure. Will use the oil analyzer provided in kit in a day or so and check results. For info the low pressure port is the brass coloured line on the left (drivers side LHD) exiting out of the rear of the compressor a GM Harrison. Will advise if there are any problems over the summer months.
