Hello, I started having a strange issue on my 1986XJ6 series 3 the small battery symbol on the warning light panel lights up when the ignition is turned off and even stays on when the key is removed the car appears to be charging fine and starting fine, I’m not sure what’s causing this if I remember correctly during the starting while the engine is turning over and all the lights illuminate if I remember correctly, the battery light also illuminates however since this has started it does not illuminate while the engine is turning over but illuminates when the switches in position one two and off.
