Brake accumulator Search?
Hello Jag enthusiasts! I am a newbie and I am looking for some help to get my 86 year old mothers 1989 XJ6 fixed for her. The shop that it was in could not find a replacement accumulator for the vehicle, I really want to get this back on the road for my mom so she can drive it while she still can. The shop gave us a part no. and I have been searching. Any help would be great # 7fjd715 or info that anyone can give me. Thank You!
If its an '89, it is an XJ40 model so you need to post in there. Have you tried this supplier. They focus on the older cars.

You can type in a part number to see if its available.
Also an internet search threw this up

Is this what you're looking for ?
The brake system on the early XJ40s was a bit peculiar and dropped for more conventional braking systems after a few years. Ford probably looked at it in horror after they'd bought Jaguar, but I may be wrong.
