Default Couple wiring questions(engine bay) 82XJ6

Since I'm doing a V8 conversion, I have been rerouting wiring to get it cleaner looking. I'm on the drivers side and at the radiator support, there is two red with yellow stripe wires. One big and one small. They are taped up. I cannot find them in my manual. What are these for and are they ignition on hot or battery hot? Also, the electric small cooling fan. I'm going to be using a big primary electric puller fan with shroud. So no mechanical engine driven fan. Can I use this wire harness set up? I'm assuming that is the probe on the bottom of the radiator(RH side). What is the probes on and off temps? Is it also connected to air conditioner wiring or is it temperature controlled only?

The taped-off red/yellow wires look like the fog lamp wires, hot with the headlight switch turned to the 'foglamp' position

Using the existing e-fan circuit would be fine, I'd say....although the wire sizes to the fan itself might not support a big bertha fan. Worth double checking, at least.

The existing fan switch closes at about 94ºC. Not sure when it opens.

On the 6 cylinder Series III cars the e-fan circuit is NOT tied-in to the a/c compressor circuit
