Three leads from distributor fell apart and need firing order to replace all leads and distributor cap to get going again.

Does anyone have a diagram for the correct order to connect leads from engine to distributor cap.

Series 2 engine in my series 1 xj6 4.2

Any recommended replacement leads and cap as well

 

The firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4

I don't have a diagram handy showing the positioning of the wires on the cap. Some caps have a "#1" stamping to give you a starting point.

The distributor rotor turns anti-clockwise

#1 cylinder is at the back of the engine
