Default Engine pulls to right when revving engine

See attached video. Most likely motor mounts? Or is there something else on these cars? No noise or banging at this point.

I couldn't play your .MOV file, but the rotational movement of an engine running counter clock-wise (viewed from drivers seat) would be to the right (viewed from drivers seat). But this movement should be minor, I'll go out on a limb and say about 1/2", much more than that and your motor mounts may have separated. Have someone rev the engine while you watch the mounts and see what's happening.

I don't see anything worrisome.

OK, able to play .MOV video. I would certainly defer to Doug, the rubber in Jaguar mounts could very well be slightly softer than other mounts and allow the engine to move a little more. It appears to move slightly more than the engines in my U.S. vehicles and will would move even more when under a load.

As Doug Dwyer says, t he movement of the engine looks perfectly normal to me !

To mee it would be fine if the gear is engaged and strain on the drivetrain. If the mov had been made with the garbox in neutral I would consider changing the mounts

Watch the movement in fwd and reverse with brakes applied to check motor and trans mounts. I've seen v8's raise up and sit back down with a clunk! Also seen them dimple a hood in bad cases.
