Default Fuel Pressure Carburetor

I have an early V-12 engine with the 4 carburetor intake manifold. Can anyone tell me the correct fuel pressure. I'm building a Speedster/Race Car and not using the original fuel tank and pump. I have an aftermarket fuel tank and need to purchase the correct fuel pump. I can use a regulator to reduce pressure as needed.
Thank You

Any good quality fuel pump for carburetted engines will be fine, as long as it produces enough volume to fill the float chambers. They run at about 4 to 5 psi, enough to give enough volume but not enough to blow the needle valves off their seats when the float closes them.
eg a selection:

and a suitable one that can do 26 GPH
