The total number might depend which, if any, parts have been replaced as some replacements don't have grease fittings.....ball joints and u-joints specifically
Anyhow......
Upper and lower ball joints. That's four.
Three propshaft u-joints. That's seven.
Four half-shaft u-joints. That's eleven.
One on the bottom of each rear hub. That's thirteen.
Two on each rear fulcrum arm near the diff. That's seventeen.
One on each front hub. That's nineteen.
I think that covers it. Other might have a better memory.
I use wheel bearing grease.
The manual says add grease to the front hubs until it oozes out of the bleed holes in the dust caps. That's better than nothing but, IMO, this is the not same as a good, old-fashioned period 'bearing repack' where you remove the hubs, clean and repack the bearings, and replace the seals.
In additional to the fittings at the bottom of each rear hub (for the pivot shaft) there are two removable grease plugs up higher on the rear hubs for the rear bearings. The process here id very iffy. All you can do is squirt in a bunch of grease and hope some if actually gets into the bearings.
