I want to put in a S3 power antenna in my XJ and love the looks of this bezel... it is on a 1973 Jaguar XJ.


Part number or a source?

 

I've seen those side-mounts in domestic cars, like the 1997 Mercury Station Wagon, in fact I know I have a similar side-mount bezel, the question is where !! (it is black, not chrome).

if you can find a 1997 Mercury station wagon in a salvage yard, you can remove the entire antenna assembly complete with wiring.

 

From Series 1 parts book, maybe helpful.

 

I have that antenna information - note they do not show the bezel picture at all!

Plus, I cannot find a picture of 1997 Mercury power antenna bezel...

 

There must be another one for sale somewhere on this planet?

 

I'm at a loss, but there is a bunch or antenna bezels on ebay that look similar.
