Default High beam, washer, horn, voltage meter, 77 XJ6

I have a 77 xj6 coupe, chevy conversion.
Main problem, my central (high beam) near driver's side won't work. The one nearer the passenger is OK. The bright light beams & the dim beams on the two outside lights are OK. Replaced the disfunctional headlamp bulb, but nil.
Three other electrical snafus: The horn doesn't work. The window/screen washer pump not working (or at least there is no spray. I bought a replacement pump. Hard to install with wiring. And the volt meter is dead.
Perhaps a few of these are connected.

Lawrence,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum. This is the place for technical questions about your model.

There are two double fuse boxes mounted on the top of the radiator upper brace. The fuses inside correlate with the headlights. The inner fuse on the driver's side may be bad. I would check fuses first on all the other problems - that's basic. If you don't have the electrical diagram, you should get one. I know Jose has one on his site - INVALUABLE!!! I use it all the time.
