Thank you!!

And let me join in wishing a great Holiday and Happy New year to all.

I am almost finished with gift wrapping.

Daughter comes on the 24th with promise for a nice dinner.

I'll visit my son and his SO on the 25th. Nice dinner there as well.

My Jaguar is "ailing'. Finding the fix postponed til it's "warmer". Coold !!!

And the same to you, Sanchez !

What does the New Year hold for you ? For me, daughter got engaged on Advent Sunday so maybe a wedding ? Holiday in Germany this year we visited Berlin and Potsdam, and I'm thinking of going to near Nuremberg in 2018, and the area called Franconia. We may be able to visit the Czech Republic too. Plenty to do what with my MG Midget and modern MG TF classic cars.

I have been into Jaguars since 1980, and it is very gratifying to see the amount of enthusiasm for these cars all over the world in forums like this. A good future lies ahead for Jaguar but us old buffs just have to get used to the new styling !!

Our last visit to Europe (3 years ago) was a wonderful 6 week adventure. During our time in the beautiful city of Nuremberg we visited the site of the infamous **** rallies. In the car park at this "monument" I snapped this very nice looking German registered XJ40.
