Default horn options

Hello
I have changed the steering wheel and boss kit for my series II what the best way to get the horn to work with the after market wheel? Cheers

if I remember correctly when I installed a Momo wheel in my Series 3, you need to figure a way for the horn push to make contact with the wire at the center of the hollow steering column section where the steering wheel mounts to.

In other words, the Steering column shaft is the Ground/Earth, and the wire in the center is the Hot/Positive. The steering wheel itself will be grounded when you mount it to the steering column shaft. I think that's how I did it, but I'm not 100% sure of this.

If I'm wrong, the fuse will blow and I'll owe you 35 cents.

Cheers for the reply realised I'm missing the little plunger bit hopefully it's on the back of my old steering wheel

part number 9 in the illustration is part of the horn contact.
