Default Jaguar XJ6 service. Advice.

I have a new lover Jaguar XJ6L 1974, is there anyone willing to share their experiences? For example, I have a problem with carburetors, fuel is flowing. Tank control buttons. How much oil for automatic machines. gearboxes? Thank you

Welcome. When you first open this section of the Forums you see the section at the top entitled "Stickies", that section has a ton of essential information. Next learn how to use the search function to find what you need. The trick part is to be sure to click the "Avanced" feature while in serch and then go down to where the selection says "All open Forums", unclick that and then click the XJ6 series I, II, III. That way you won't get information for every Jaguar ever made but just the stuff relevant to our cars.

Then, of course, if you can't find exactly what you need, by all means post a specific question and we will try to answer.

Jeff

Thank you Jeff.
I'm new here, I don't know much English, I use Google translator.
I searched but didn't find it. I have a problem with the carburettors, petrol is still coming out of the overflow pipe? Is there a float? Thanks for the advice.
