Default New to the Group

Hello from Louisiana USA!! Just bought a 1974 with 350ci TPI conversion, Have not even picked it up yet, going on the 9th to drive it back. Posted in New Members area but was told to post here as well. Here are a few photos of the car and looks to be a very clean and professional install. Car comes with tons of receipts and documents, have my fingers crossed and hope it is a good one. This was my Christmas gift from my wife by the way, I think I will keep her, both the car and my wife.. LOL

Yep,

The New Members is a "Meet and Greet" section.

This is the play area, where stuff is discussed, cars sorted, mostly, and beer is consumed.

Well done again.

Welcome to the series section.....you’ve got to love the curves of a 74’.....but I’m just a tad biased.

More of a Rum and Bourbon man myself but I don't mine a good old frosty one every now and then.

Beautiful! You are right, the engine looks solid. Here in the forum you will find some great postings about DIY seat restoration. After you get everything sorted this should be a great car for you and your wife.

Welcome.

A very nice car and a very tidy installation. Making the installation that tidy is no easy task.

Beware of the Haynes. But, as it was wriiten"rather "copied" for SII cars, it will be of some aid...

Whow, that is one helluva neat V8 engine installation ! It looks like a Jaguar factory installation ! Jaguar needed something like this for decades but never got it whilst the company was under the British Leyland yoke. Also the old guard engineers were somehow prejudiced against V8 engines.
