Getting ready to drop the cage and install new calipers and rotors. They look so pretty it's a shame no one will ever see them. Kind of akin to ladies undergarments, but at least I'll know what they look like! Also replaced the steering rack mounts. Removed ones upper left of rotors and a new original upper right. The original (1985) ones were obviously replaced at some point with XJS Sportspack ones, so I had no need for the special removal tool. I did install poly ones, which were 1/16" wider than the XJS ones, which were hard rubber, so no need to install the shims that fell out. What a difference the poly ones make.
