Try Paul's Jaguar in Florida to get the gaskets. He's on the web and Ebay. He usually has that stuff.
You'll have to remove the handle from the inside...3 or 4 small nuts....a 5/16" end wrench, smallish hands and a bit of patience are all that's needed. Not hard, just a little fussy, if you know what I mean. Once you get the door panel off and take a peek it should all be self apparent.
