buy the CD and print as you need. A paper set of manuals is over $400.00.

Just to avoid confusion Sanchez . . . your sig points to a Series III XJ6, and you have posted to that forum . . . but you want a manual for an XJ40?
Depending on what you actually need, check the Stickies at the head of relevant forum or head over to Gus' website JagRepair.com but in the end, and compared to the insignificant cost involved . . . I too prefer Jose's suggestion.
Cheers,
Ken

Sorry for posting in the wrong section. I should have known better.
For some reason, I am sure that I posted this in the XJ40 section.
I do have 2 Series 3 Jaguars, and recently acquired a 1990 XJ40,(initially to get some parts) and ultimately decided to restore.

Well, thank you so much Jose. I am heading to Central Florida Pick and Pay on Friday, to get some stuff of a 1991 XJ40.
I had an XJ40 when I was living in New York, and I know some of its weaknesses.
I am going there to pull the crank sensor, door handles, and seat belts. I was there a couple days ago but did not have the proper tools. Hopefully the parts I want will still be there. It also has a set of wire wheels. I don't know if I will get them. It depends on the condition.
There is also another one at the Pull and pay on Jet Stream Dr. I will give you a call when I am up there and touch base with you.

I have a salvage yard near my area and they usually have X300 and up, rarely any XJ40, and if it has rained, forget it, it's all muddy.
