I started my research back in February of this year . I'm the guy who has the cobra replica with a Jaguar rear end .I just want to pop in and thank all involved with my questions and say THANK YOU !! I'm finished with the installation and I will post pictures . Believe me , I could not have done it without your help ., Bob
Thanks David , but No David , no other Jaguar parts on the Cobra . Just the rear end . That is what Unique MFG. , Gadsten , Alabama , uses on their cobra replicas . I've always been a car guy and mostly have done all my own work , , I don't know squat about Jaguars , but , with this forum's members I have learned a lot !
I am really impressed with not only the fabrication, but the design of the bracket . The roller and indent ot set the brake is so simple yet so effective, the professionals should take note...
Now you have teased us with a bit of your snake. More pictures of the rest,, all of it!!
Since these pict's. I added dash tubes , twin pusher fans , quick jacks and screens . I do all the work myself and having a bridgeport mill helps ,And the last thing ,which brought me to your forum , the E-brake
I don't know what they are called , but , I've waited 30-40- years to get mine . And it is a replica .
The action shot was taken by John at our monthly cruise in town .Our historical society came up with this because COVID cancelled most of the car shows Here .
Sure Dave , this is a Kwik Lift . You can google the Kwik lift , I bought mine used and it has saved me so much time and is less physical than having to jack up all for corners of a vehicle . I also have the removable jacking plate . Bob
