I rebuilt my rear transmission mount using the Poly kit of two rings and the center spool from John's Cars back in July. The car has probably 3-5 miles on it since the new transmission mounts. The center poly spool has split and I can't figure out how or why. John hasn't any idea either and he is good enough to send me a new one at no charge. I call that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE on his part. I've always had good experiences with him.

Anybody have any ideas of how this could have happened. I may know more once I take it back off the car and onto the bench. Will report back. Looks like I'm having a problem loading photos too??
