Default Power steering pump removal LHD S2 XJ12

Get a kick out of the repair manual. After you unbolt the power steering pump you just remove it from the car. Not so easy on an XJ12. Looks like I need to unhook the radiator hoses either at the top or the bottom to get enough clearance. There may also be some things to remove from the top. If I go the bottom looks like the anti roll bar also need to go .. anyone with some sage advice on which direction is easier? Thx

does this help ? ( from another service manual )

Removal/Installation

1.Remove cover from front of air cleaner.
2.Detach and plug P/S pipes, loosen pivot and adjusting bolts.
3.Remove adjusted rod bolt to pump.
4.Press pump towards engine, lift belt off pulley.
5.Remove pivot bolt and lift pump and bracket away from engine.
6.Detach pump from bracket.
7.Reverse steps to refit.

Step 5 is the problem. So simple. However I was able to remove the upper left radiator hose , indo and shift the electric fan bracket to the middle, undo the headlight relay to move it, undo the vacuum hose to the carbon canister, and THEN pull the pump away from the engine. I decided going down would be more work.
