Hey guys,


I just purchased a 1992 Jaguar XJ6 and its all around amazing. My only issue is the radio. I have a spare code and everything but whenever i turn the radio on. It just makes a very loud beeping noise with a bunch of weird symbols on the radio screen. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Hi Hamza,

None of us have any idea as your XJ6 is a later beast.

As you don't list your specifics, we can only surmise that you have either an XJ40 - XJ6 or a very early X300 - XJ6.

Repost in the relevant section and someone should help.

If its a Sony head unit, its in the power off setup as a warning to take the face off. Most annoying head units, I always remove them.

If its an oem jag, then sorry I have no idea.
