Rear child seat tethers

Hi everyone. My 79 has lap belts in the rear seat which is fine for mounting a car seat but no anchor on the back dash for the tether. Any suggestions?

It's odd that you just posted this as I was installed a car seat in my Series III today. If it's like the seat I have, you don't actually need the "tether", it's optional and preferred, but not required.
