You might like the X350 cars. All the old style in aluminium constructed like an aircraft fuselage, and pretty reliable if you take care of them. I had two. Good prices too, (or used to be !!)

I don’t suppose it’s worth trying to say that the badge is indeed perfectly horizontal but the car is not?

You have a good eye - the badge is indeed about 1.5mm higher on the left than on the right. The car had a full glass out/trim off respray several years before I bought her which is when that would have happened.

Jaguars were never perfect from the factory, these cars were hand built, deffects happen, especially where no guide holes were present to mount badges.

if you want to relocate the badge or badges, use a hair dryer to heat the tape.
